Of all the major improvements on the ranch, the “Hunter’s Patio” is perhaps one of the most unique. It features a two-hundred-foot north to south axis plan. The Patio features tables and chairs for relaxing or for dining. The continuous area is nestled under a canopy of two-hundred-year-old oaks.  The trees, adjoining landscaping, and prevailing breezes provide a cool oasis during the hot summer months.
