Ranching at Rancho Colorado del Norte continues today with the management of livestock and horses. Currently, our livestock is “Brangus Cattle” a cross-breed of “Brahma” and “Brangus” stock. The noted ‘Squirrel Creek Ranch” in S.W. Medina County produces some of the finest “Brangus” and is where our herd originated. We are proud of our two-thousand- pound Bull named “Blacky”. The breeding heifers are all “Brangus” and from the same ranch. In the near future, we hope to expand our small herd to thirty-two.
